Premier Care Homecare recognizes that low vision interferes with a patient's ability to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Low vision also increase the risks for falls and injury at home, medication errors, mobility deficits, isolation, and unnecessary dependence on others.
As a home health care provider serving our elderly populations, offering a program that speaks directly to these problems is important to us. And so, in 2010 we launched our Low Vision Rehabilitation Program.
